Yes, although some take more than one book to reach that point.
In the Winds & Pillars, it will take all nine books for everything to converge.
With the Wolves, most things are resolved at the one of each book, but some side plots still take two or three books to resolve.
I don't plan it that way (mostly), but Writer Brain is good at creating closure.
