LilFluff@Primo @stealthradek indeed, the hot beverage you order might be served at temperatures unfit for consumption, despite the restaurant having lost three prior lawsuits about serving at dangerously high temperatures, resulting in your being admitted to the hospital and needing surgery. Ouch.

Ember@GoodGentleman @FoxesInLove i just tried plugging something into an unproperly installed outlet (before seeing this comic). it tripped the GFCI, so i guess the intelligent engineers who designed this outlet knew there exist idiots like me

@FoxesInLove oh i love those! our siemens washing machine had a safety booklet that made a small note to remove transport locks from the drum dampeners before first use - on page 8 out of 17 right between the warning to not eat washing detergents and the warning that electricity can hurt you (while omitting that info in instruction and setup manual)... they just like to make sure you read everything i guess (and punish you by having the washing machine demolish your bathroom of you don't).
