I love finding locations where you can see Underground trains traveling over Overground trains (or vice versa).
This vantage point near East Putney station has beautiful views of tube trains traveling over the railway.

@RosePuckey @tubemapper Yes. For a great photo like this, two words of alt text would mean nothing to someone visually impaired.
Franchesca@WanderingWitch @tubemapper have you read the borribles books? I read them as a child and can never travel on the underground (or overground part of the underground) without thinking of them sneaking along there finding abandoned tunnels. A dark nod to the wombles in there too 😅

@WanderingWitch @tubemapper you might not like these particular wombles, but the books are excellent (epic like lord of the rings if it was set in the 80s urban decay of London).

S-Man42@tubemapper Nice photo! And I like the overall idea. I thought about such a situation in Berlin and found one point where this happens: At "S+U Schönhauser Allee" the subway (U-Bahn) crosses the overground metro line (S-Bahn) together with the tram line. But unfortunately this point is build with too many buildings so that I don't see any chance to take a photo with both trains. Even on the bridge itself the subway station building hides the subway trains.
@tubemapper But there is a point where you can see both kinds of trains together on the same platform at least: "S+U Wuhletal". But the crossing is in "correct" order althought both lines are overground there.
