[Explanation: Ethernet packets need padding to min size. I tried to get an April 1st RFC and failed, for a recommended sequence of padding, but we implemented anyway in @firebrick, as a way to avoid leaking previous content of buffer and confirming padding has been applied. This is the defined padding on a simple ping packet]
