Well everybody, I now at long last present my program chronicle on GitHub with proper Windows and Mac app downloads which you will find in the assets section.
A couple of things.
Google Gemini is still the best at the moment for dealing with really difficult documents.
Claude will only work if you have paid for access to the API.
GPT is strictly a fallback option because it's the weakest of all of them.
Think of this program as a really clever tool that can fix documents that standard OCR programs just make a complete massive.
Go through the read me documents because it will tell you more that I can possibly put in this post.

This program has cost me a significant amount of money and time so any donation would be so helpful to me.

Eventually I'm going to set up a proper website and actually charge licensing fees to use the Chronicle app especially for libraries and things.
Right now this is just purely for testing.
Please share it around.
Play with it, test it, break it and let me know what you think.
