Personally, I even think that intervention should be much faster in any kind of #war and aggression, if civilian targets are attacked on the very first day of the war - otherwise, the #prevention of #genocide will have no effect, and the law passed after WWII would be worthless!

I agree that very early intervention is needed.

Otherwise the perpetrators are rewarded by being free to continue with illegal killings and other crimes against humanity, &:given opportunity and motive to cover up evidence, while their targets are denied their lives and homes.
