Recommendations on a 24port 2.5 and 10Gbs switch for a home network?

I would like to swap out my aged 1Gbs managed switch with an unmanaged variety. (I used VLANs at the start but long ago decided they were more work than they were worth for even a relatively complex/busy home network)

currently trolling ebay.

@chris Caveat about 10Gbps on copper: heat management can become a big problem! I’m sticking with 2.5Gbps at home because of that.

@chris AliExpress is a good option. If you've not seen them, @servethehome has some good coverage of similar switches and there are very helpful threads in the forums. @chris Not quite what you’re asking, but I’ve been running a pair of NetGear 10-Port Gigabit/10G Ethernet Unmanaged Switch (GS110MX) for a couple of years with no issues. Only two of the ports are 10Gb but since I have very few 10Gb or 2.5Gb, that’s not been an issue. I did try a TrendNet 8 port 10Gb switch but that died within 24 hours (!). Bought the NetGears through Amazon before it became obvious how awful they had become.
