@nodestar I don't see much point in building a box containing three smaller boxes inside when a single gateway that works with three separate boxes is sufficient. However, solving the problem of handing off connections between different networks is obviously necessary. This doesn't necessarily have to involve three different networks, or even one operating on different modulations or frequencies.
