Popped connector pin, probably from hot/cold cycling. Will not push back in. #repair

Hardware store that might have replacement connector closed, plus parts guy not open on Sunday...especially on Easter Sunday. So, bypassed the connection with two wire nuts and some screw connectors. Water heater once again functioning. Improvise, adapt, overcome... #appliancerepair #repair
