These might be boilerplate disclaimers, but they kind of contradict the company's ads and marketing.

@mikemccaffrey this is a big reason why I think it is absurd that there are actually companies out there that are mandating the usage of these services and even linking that to performance reviews, rather than just leaving the choice to use/not use up to the individual.
