@Geri The (im)morality of it aside, when I see things like this, I know that the company has automated so much of their work that there are no humans involved. I would not use them on that basis alone. If anything goes wrong, there’s no one to contact to get it fixed. Why would I use a product that has no way to resolve the statistically inevitable failures? They have externalized *all* risk to their “customers”.
