Genocide has two phases:

* the destruction of the national pattern of the oppressed group (Israel's bombing);

* the imposition of a design by the oppressor (Gaza reconstruction plans).

Israel's destruction will be so complete that Gazans will never again be able to locate their neighbourhoods, let alone their homes. "All they will find is sand".
