Kita the Soggy Nibbler@AdHusky KDE Plasma has a bunch of windows-like themes, so maybe kubuntu? If you can't find one in the theme store for win xp, I know that Twister OS' Twister UI for x86 (as a package separate from the Twister OS) offers it, along with win 7, 10, 11 UIs.
@floofykit that's great to know! I'm pretty new to Linux, I've used it on and off for a few years but never used it as a daily driver. So I didn't even know that it had themes you could download!
