Is #Stargate Atlantis more of an idiot ball plot than SG-1 or am I just noticing more because I like the core team less?

(I'm on season 9 of SG-1 and 1 of Atlantis)

Completely agree. I never took to any of the #SGA characters!
(I suppose the bar was set way too high by #SG1)

Yeah, SG-1 really did set the bar too high. It did take some time for them to figure everyone out but once they did and let the characters grow a little bit, they were phenomenal. Great chemistry and great characters on their own.

Nothing against the other actors. It's just really hard to fill in those shoes.
