The govt needs to stop relying on the discredited #CassReview & follow well established, evidence based #WPATH guidelines
Cass & Streeting are responsible for so much death and suffering, there should be a murder trial

or living as broken shells of people, for whom Steetings empty words are an insult
fuck the Cass Review, if Cis people had all science and lived experience ignored to instead force them to live as another gender they didn't want to be THERE WOULD BE HELL TO PAY!
Absolutely, it's abhorrent and totally unacceptable to have removed trans healthcare from UK kids.
There is a generation dying & struggling, that will be a huge cost to the NHS and our society as they didn't get the treatment they needed.
It really wound me up that Streeting says the have stopped on the basis of "safety", this is so unsafe.

"safety" is code for preventing anything that makes a light skinned cisgender male, who's sympathetic to capitalist imperialist patriarchy, uncomfortable
when it comes to them getting what they require no rules apply
people argue women shouldn't have bodily autonomy because we must "protect children"
the second a child is born, however, their empathy towards those kids stops. no free school lunches. no universal childcare. no social safety net of any kind, just a brutalist capitalist hellscape where only the strongest most masculine or masculine appeasing survive
a lot of women's healthcare is just copying men's healthcare without a thought for the differences in bodies, which causes all sorts of problems
all this gatekeeping just because light skinned cisgender men are considered a higher priority no rule can be applied to
trans people know more about trans people than cis people - as a matter of survival - yet you have to go through them & their pearl clutching
