Let’s face it … Streeting is a useless c#nt of a Health Secretary who is in the pockets of various wealthy individuals with interests in privatising the NHS! *He* should also stand down with Starmer! The #BritishEmpire died in the 1960s. It was formally ended in January 1983 by Maragret Thatcher. #WesStreeting wasn't even born then.

Probably true. Who wants Streeting outside the tent, pissing in?

Paul suggests Chancellor or #ForeignSecretary.

Streeting's love of private equity would make him a scary Chancellor.

But Foreign Sec could be interesting. The v talented young Palestinian Leanne Mohamad is ready to take Wes's #IlfordNorth seat, so Wes would have to be very tough on Israel.

His only plausible competitor is the repugnant Wes #Streeting 🤮, which makes a contest unappealing.

But Labour has been here before. In 2007 #GordonBrown bullied so many MPs to back him that no other nomination was numerically possible. Brown got his coronation, but was a political disaster. He simply couldn't communicate.

Maybe the repulsive Streeting could be a useful foil?

But do the Bond markets have compassion, belief in a long term green agenda or public spending that is required for infrastructure, health or education?

Or do they want to see a return on their investment within 5 years tops?

If he were in power he would announce:

‘emergency laws to build #datacentres and #nuclear power generation’

Also…more drilling to go ahead in the Rosebank and Jackdaw oil and gas fields in the North Sea.

And…a national “global talent programme” with the aim of recruiting 20,000 world-leading scientists, #AI experts and engineers to the UK over the next three years.
