A ★★★½ review of The War of the Gargantuas (1966)

This seems like it wants to be a sequel to Frankenstein v Baragon and it is in some ways but in most ways it is not. It is more a story that is inspired by the first film, a quasi-sequel if you will. A fishing boat is attacked by a giant octopus who is then attacked by a giant green humanoid that kills the octopus but then sinks a ship. But people doubt it is Frankenstein - until that is, until Frankenstein shows up at Haneda airport and destroys it. And this motherfucker eats a woman!!! And then a Brown
