A couple days ago I saw a link on Mastodon to a website that would recommend a bike based on user preferences. Does anyone remember the website? The search function on here is not particularly helpful.

@uneabeille I've got you, I still have a tab open for it!

Find The Right Bike

Answer four questions to find your right bike, and see how much you could save by biking!

@SnoopJ Thank you so much!! 🙏
@SnoopJ @uneabeille this site is a joke, isn‘t it? I got a „regular bike“ for commuting in mountain site. And the regular bike‘s photo was a dutch bike. Have fun pushing this up the hill. It‘s designed for flats, Netherland is just plains! Regular bikes today have Shimano Nexus or Alfine and both within their official specs don‘t do nicely with hills. I think the Fediverse could provide better questions and results if you just ask❣️😋

@Jay23Jay The site is not a joke, no. I think your feedback will be better directed to the project than to a random guy on the web: https://github.com/vkoves/the-right-bike/issues

As for me, I was answering the question that @uneabeille asked, since I knew which site they were talking about.
