forget about getting ram or ssd or nvme or even bigger hdd - monitors are cheap though, with the mkt the way it is i would rather build pc from dumpster parts and give them away free to local elderly and small biz who would use them - don't give them ancient stuff either 6th gen or better - it is not rare to see entire offices in the dumpster
