I have added Chinese Five Spice to the matzoh balls and I regret nothing. The chicken broth will include sesame oil and jalapeno.
@evacide my favorite way to matzo is a layer hummus, a sprinkle of feta, and too much za’atar.
@jongary Za'atar is always a good idea.
@evacide oh, that sounds interesting! I don’t know why we haven’t been messing with matzoh ball seasoning before!
@evacide I’ll be right over.
@wendynather @evacide On a related note, avocado toast but on matzoh works quite well.
@SteveBellovin @wendynather @evacide Yeah, but you’ll never be able to afford a house.
@mattblaze @wendynather @evacide Fortunately, I bought a house before I started liking avocado toast (and I usually don't even toast the bread—I prefer my own fresh-baked).
@SteveBellovin @wendynather @evacide I read this as "on matzoh balls" and was struggling with the image. Like how would that even work?
@evacide I need to try that some time. We already made our Seder dinner
@evacide
That sounds sooo good.
@evacide As they say: ... hamotzi faiwspais min haaretz.

@evacide

spice at seder is always a welcome thing.

the only reason one has gefilte fish is as a delivery mechanism for homemade horseradish.

@evacide That's some kind of fusion.
@evacide Wait, What? I'm pretty sure it's illegal.. 😀
@evacide can't imagine this making sense, but I stocked up on way too much matzoh flour, so a good time to experiment!
@evacide I want to try tom kha gai with matzoh balls.
