GrayWalfto be so honest, one of the worst things that posting on social media has done to me is that it's made me hesitant to just say stuff in plain text because "it just wouldn't get attention" or "i need an image to go along with this"
@graywalf.bsky.social I hadn't really thought about how much of a 'buff' or 'debuff' there is when adding (or not) images to a posting.
It makes me wonder if there's a relationship between the inclination of a person to follow a graphic artist and that same person's inclination to interact with text-only.
It seems like a thing some sociology grad students must have studied for a dissertation :)
