The Public Service Commission has an open case to study the potential for nuclear power in Kentucky. Public input will be an essential part of the case record due to the significant effects nuclear generation and storage could have on communities. You can attend this in-person public comment meeting to share your thoughts. Each person who would like to speak will be given the opportunity to sign up and make a public comment (prepare for 3-5 minutes). The Commissioners will listen but they will not answer questions or ask questions about your comment. Oral comments will be entered into the formal record of the case. Never made a public comment to the PSC before? No worries! You don't have to be an expert to provide a comment, and KFTC can support you in crafting a comment if needed. The meeting will start at 5pm EST and begin with a short presentation on nuclear. Even if you can't make it right at 5pm, please come! It's important to show the PSC that this is a decision Kentuckians take seriously. If you can't make it in person, please submit a comment through our action form linked here: https://secure.ngpvan.com/YSQtvv7eq0ipIMvQmOCtGg2
