Update about this. There is one contact that everyone in ODOC keeps referring to: Brynne Xin at the Office of Population Management.

Focus here. Call her; leave a message when she most certainly doesn't pick up; leave a call-back number and report-back about what she says (either as a comment or DM). Please focus on a tone of urgency and genuine concern. Make an emotional appeal and state how irregular this is. Of course we are all furious, but we want to be strategic about giving no excuse for her not to follow up.

Fun fact... Brynne Xin makes more than a $109,000 to gatekeep and gaslight - shielding ODOC and denying friends and family critical information about their loved ones:

This is as of 2024 (which was a $10k bump from 2023), so she almost certainly makes north of $120k currently to avoid taking the public's phone calls or disclosing the condition / whereabouts of Oregon prisoners.

@malikspeaks everyone should read this article and be mad and scared as hell. I also want to highlight this part which highlights a phenomenon I didn't know had a name:
