Stress can make you feel sick and this whole thing with the jet being shot down right after he said that Iran couldn't possibly do that to the whole nation? It makes the president and the Military look clueless, incompetent, and reckless.

And not just with people who already don't like him, but even with those who do.

I think they are hoping they can find they guy or get him back and use that to shift the tone.
