People like to forget that fighting climate change is about _saving human lives_ and not about saving Earth.

Even if it's 20 degrees higher or 20 degrees lower on average, Earth will do fine, life will do fine, nature will be fine—but humans won't be fine.

@thomasfuchs and what about the Argument that people Start realizing, it is not a good idea to be dependant on fossil fuels e.g. "fuels" since there are now better alternatives like EV, heatpump available and lock-in effects are neither beneficial for individual and societies in general. I think I feel a shift there.
