Sometimes I wonder,
especially as a woman,
why everyone is so happy and doesn’t see the danger and the intent behind these layoffs

I’m not concerned about the layoffs, because they’re being replaced by men with the same ideals

I see one thing above all else:
A woman leaves and a man takes her place

When you think about many other processes and events in the U.S.,
you see a pattern, and that’s very concerning
