The brand is Altra. They work best with Altra brand trail shoes but it's possible to hack them by adding Velcro at the back to another brand as well.

Enrique López-Mañas@lehtimaeki @woollypigs what Juhani said. The velcro honestly falls, but the gaiters hold. Much better than the ones that require a strap at the bottom of the shoe; those ones never lasted long for me.
@eenriquelopez @lehtimaeki yes all the other gaiters I've seen had a strap under the foot and with me running in barefoot shoes this strap would not last more than a run or two
