Michael HanscomDay two of Norwescon for me is almost entirely about the Philip K. Dick Awards. The attending authors have a panel in the afternoon, then a small private social, then a fancy dinner, followed by the award ceremony. Congratulations to M. R. Carey for winning this year’s award, and to Thomas Ha (who was here) for winning the special citation award! Then I spent the late evening bouncing between parties and the dance before crashing out about 1 a.m.
