@ThePlant Ice Cubes is my favorite for support of mastodon features, like animated emojis  and they had quote-toots sooner. But it's slightly clunky and sometimes struggles in scrolling. At least it has an opinion and some warmth to it.

I think the best "iOS client" is probably still Ivory. Zero scroll or performance issues, but doesn't really have that attitude. And they see animated emojis as far, far down their priority list (I've asked and gotten that answer!) - which tells me it's more about building a client than serving the real fedi.
