I've followed the discourse more, and what I often see on the "anti-AI" side is the usual FOSS elitism. "just use the cli tool bro"

People can't see why anybody would use AI tools and the only conclusion: incompetence

But nobody considers that the current tools are not great from an UX perspective

You should really ask _why_ your allegedly superior old fashioned tools aren't used and not engage in "I already know why"-elitism

talk with users and improve the UX

Some support teams really make it feel like when the AI bot tells you it’s sending you to a human, that it’s actually still just another bot - some support teams really are so so so stupid.
