If it doesn't come from the House of Orange in the Netherlands, it's not Marmalade. It's just sparkling Citrus Jam.

I have to say, I didn't know they grew oranges in Dundee.

I did try Onion Marmalade on my Hot Cross Bun but I did not like it.
