Every few years I revisit #Minecraft, and every time I'm somehow surprised at how scary it is.

Harmless things that have jumpscared me so far:

- The game music
- A friendly squid
- My pet cow mooing
- The axe that I was literally carrying
- The sheep that I forgot was following me
- Saw an enderman from really far away
- Sailing along happily and then realising I'm over a really deep bit
- The game music again

@ric It's something about the first person perspective. Same reason I used to freak out so badly with Subnautica 😱

@teahands I've never played either to be honest, but for some reason I hadn't categorised them as particularly scary 🤷‍♂️😆
