The intent of the trust was to prevent Trump from having financial access to his 400 businesses after inauguration.

However, the language of the trust certification did allow Trump’s lawyer to “distribute net income or principal to Donald J. Trump at his request.”

Donald Trump and the rest of his family need to go to jail for their entire natural lives after he is done being president and done committing all the crimes that he's committing now as abuses of the office of the president.
