Craig StuntzThe Franklin County Municipal Court, who sends out snail mail that says things like "You have been summoned as a juror and will be arrested if you don't appear" and has a QR code on them which you're supposed to scan, has the following domains:

https://oh.ezjustice.us/jury/fcmc
(all legitimate, as far as I can tell). They are having problems with scammers sending out documents claiming to be from them with, ahem, other QR codes, trying to extract money from the victims. I can't imagine why anyone would be confused!
