ELI5 the container ships in that region are there for trade with the gulf countries?

Well their countries aren’t antagonizing Iran so they can be okay. There’s only really two countries that decided to poke them and those country’s ships won’t be allowed. Though some fee may be required but not sure the antagonizing countries get the option of a toll.
