You’ll be fine if you just stop thinking and get lots of sleep, both very easy to do

I use whatever it takes to sleep (not necessarily at the same time) - magnesium, melatonin, doxylamine succinate (sp), trazadone (script). I also am physically active and get outdoors every day for the oxygen. Sleep is important to me.
