Afghanistan 🇦🇫The Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs stated that the ministry’s Directorate of Child Protection addressed 14,594 child protection cases through extensive support programs in the past year (1404).
The ministry added that these cases, registered in 23 different categories, have been resolved.
The Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs further stated that more than 400,000 people were educated on children’s rights, the dangers of unexploded ordnance, and self- and environmental protection through public awareness programs for children and their families.
