So I have been running fedora desktop for years now. I am a big fan of using it. But it looks like age verification could come to the platform and I will need to shop around.
I spend a lot of time in terminal, openscad, vscodium and firefox.
Mostly doing python/web/opensource hardware dev work.
Taking suggestions!

It's linked to systemd, so you'll likely want.to shop for a distro forked when too much control of your system wad dumped into that.
Actually looking at jumping to AntiX, myself, always liked fluxbox anyway despite the convenience of KDE's included features.
Gentoo will let you choose your init system, and OpenRC is available, which I don't *think* is going.that way.
