Someone here was shocked when I said condos going for less than 500k were a good thing. Yeah this is Toronto condo prices have no self control.

Clearly these are aimed at people who really, really want to live downtown in a swank condo and won't accept, say, this $8.2 million modern house in a fairly nice location:
