Anyone know a reason to not find accounts that use a signup IP that is a known Tor exit node as a signal of being a bot?

I'm looking at IPs by doing: Query: <reversed-ip>.dnsel.torproject.org → resolves to 127.0.0.2 if it's a Tor exit.

@stefan I mean, someone *might* be trying to make accounts from oppressed countries (Iran, Britain) but otherwise...
@shanie @stefan This. I somehow have a problem understanding how one is supposed to protect their data, when protecting their data gets them banned.
@monoxyd @shanie that makes sense. though as my instance is focused on people in NJ we don't really have the right support system for folks who are abroad.
