Wie gut gelingt euch der Wiedereinstieg nach "kurzen" Pausen, die sich im Nachgang doch als "länger" entpuppen? Stichwort "Hausaufgaben" bei Schulkindern 😬? Ich habe auch regelmässig Diskussionen mit unserem Sohn über eine realistische Einteilung (neben fehlendem Einstieg auch eine Frage der Pensumszielsetzung)...
* wenn er erkennbar "im Fahrwasser" ist, annimiere ich ihn auch gern zu mehr (🥹, weil ihn manche Pausen wieder mehr entfernt haben)...

Thank you so much for your kind words 😊...and yes, English will likely be the language that’s easiest for other readers to understand... I also believe that ADHD presents different, individual challenges for each person affected (people on the neurodiverse spectrum may have the same diagnosis but respond differently to the same support services)—connecting with others who have ADHD can significantly broaden the range of solutions...
