I have a confession to make.
Today on our walk I dropped Summer's leash on purpose.
She has been so amazing at retrieving anything we drop by accident and is so happy to do a good deed that I manufactured an opportunity.
She didn't miss a trick, literally.
All of the sudden she was running back down the trail.
She is the bestest good dog and soaked up the praise.
I'm hoping nobody tells her the on purpose part.
