Second half of 40s. 30 minutes of cardio followed by 1 hour of yoga twice a week. I would love to for in another activity for 3x per week, but haven’t managed yet. Eat 95% vegetarian, low on dairy. Otherwise I don’t pay much attention, definitely snacking too much. In summer I bike a lot. Using a sit/stand desk regularly at work. Should do more, but it’s gotta be enough for now.
