@fnwbr @mjtsai I haven't been following this particular story as closely as I'd like to, but all indications are that the Runet is closing off in unprecedented ways. I seriously question what Russians' Web access will look like in a year or two (and I wonder how hard it will be for folks like me to see what their lives and online experience are like).
