What are your favorite ttrpg online tools atm and what would you recommend for an online community to use with alternating playees?

I especially need some suggestions for VTTs and Video-conference platforms.

bonus points for opensource projects and not having to register to anything.

@crlbox I use Jitsi for Video conference and am happy with it. But don't use the official instance. It requires login and has a low performance.
