Is any of the Voyager code available for the public to study? Or the internal JPL training and documentation mentioned in your link?

I don't know of any Forth code or training materials available from JPL or NASA, but I haven't done more than a superficial search. I doubt that any of it is available, though, because, I believe, all that material was classified.
