~ Artemis In the Bible ~

She is the goddess worshiped in the city of Ephesus during the events recorded in the book of Acts (she is also called Diana.) Artemis has a twin brother, Apollo.

NASA has only two manned moon programs: Apollo and Artemis. But the space program is supposedly all about science.

If they are spiritual, they do not worship the Lord #Jesus Christ, nor do they work for his kingdom.

@Earl Artemis is represented by the moon. The ancient greeks told stories about the moving objects in the sky, and now we are telling a story about how we conquer those places.

@Ntropic
Twinkle, twinkle, little star,
How I wonder what you are.

Which one have we conquered?

NASA says their goal is science, but they use names of gods and goddesses that have been worshiped by many.

#Jesus warns us: Your war is not against flesh and blood, but against evil principalities, against wicked powers, against the rulers of the present darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness, which are demons and fallen angels in the heavenly places.

@Earl In greek culture I find flawed and selfish and tyrannical gods, but none comes close to the god of the bible, who has shown a wicked nature like none of them and so I take Jesus by his word and stay away from Christianity.

@Ntropic
You accept the words of Jesus? He is the God of the Bible.

He does want you to stay away from man-made religions. He never commanded anyone to build churches for him. If you treat others as you would want to be treated, then you are doing what God wants for you to do. This looks good and fair to me.

The commandment of love is both in the Old and New Testament. God never changes. God is love.
