@faraiwe Aww, black bears just want a hot tub and meatballs, they don't generally eat people.
@ai6yr what people fail to realize is that bears, having extremely poor eyesight, prefer to be in their own territory, on trails they know by scent, familiar and away from humans. They come to town, driven out of their habitats by extreme logging. If logging companies had to pay a huge fine for every bear - out of habitat encounter, they would change their logging from rape of the lands to sustainable. These bears are all refugees.
