Has anyone else noticed that the coding assistant integration in Xcode 26.4 has a tendency to get "stuck" quite frequently when doing things like file searches, network requests or project changes, and needs to be interrupted and told to try again? I don't recall this being a common issue in 26.3

@nicklockwood interestingly, this was the case for me on 26.3, but after I had replaced the Codex binary with an updated version to access the 5.3 family of models at the time. Never experienced it with Claude.

I've moved to mostly using Codex.app now, so I wouldn't know about 26.4, but given my experience on 26.3, I wonder if model version plays a part.

@nicklockwood It also fails to renew the Claude token and you have to re-login every few hours. Plus the Foundation docs are missing, some Swift symbols are missing… Xcode 26.4 is a mess.
