"Giving money to J.K.Rowling is the same as giving money to eradicate transgender people. I'm sorry, but it's true."

@transworld its not, this is oversimplification, and its a fallacy.
You can *try* to avoid spending money places that support things you don't support, but you'll fail.
Example, Coca Cola has this many executives: https://www.coca-colacompany.com/about-us/leadership
Do you know what every one of them supports? Do you know how every one of them votes? Can you drink any of their products as a result?
Now do this with EVERY corporation.
People have to live their lives. You can support art and artists you don't agree with.

@mikebabcock @transworld very cool whatabaoutism, but we're not talking about Coca Cola here, but about Rowling The TERF Queen, who has literally established a fund to erase trans folks' rights https://www.advocate.com/news/jk-rowling-anti-trans-organization
J.K. Rowling uses personal wealth to fund anti-trans org

This is where "Harry Potter" profits are going.

@noodlejetski your ability to understand rhetoric is lacking. I'm not discussing this with people who believe in exceptionalism. This is not different from *every other* purchase decision you make. That's the point I made.
